【Requirements 任职要求】

·Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred. 本科及以上学历，有海外留学经验者优先考虑

·Strong English writing skills and excellent English expression ability. Preference will be given to those with high scores in overseas exams such as TEM8, TOEFL 105+, or IELTS 7.5+. 较强的英文写作功底，出色的英文表达能力，TEM8 /托福105+/雅思7.5+等海外考试高分获得者优先考虑

·Experience in writing study abroad application documents and applying for overseas programs is preferred. 有留学文书写作和申请经验优先考虑

·More than 2 years of academic guidance experience in similar international schools is preferred. 同类型国际化学校2年以上升学指导工作经验者优先考虑

·Excellent learning and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good team collaboration and service awareness. 优秀的学习和沟通能力，责任心强，良好的团队协作及服务意识

·Organized in work, focused on efficiency, and able to complete tasks with high quality within the specified time. 工作有条理性，注重效率，能在规定时间内保质保量完成任务

·Strict adherence to professional ethics and behavior standards, with a strong sense of confidentiality regarding student information. 严格遵守职业道德和行为准则，对学生信息有保密意识
