JOB DESCRIPTION

● Sanya, Hainan

● Reporting to the Vice Principal (Academics), you must have the compassion and a strong desire to teach and be a good role model for Elementary students

● Teaching subjects – English, Maths and/or Science.

● At least 2 years teaching experience

● to be professional in planning and delivering lessons utilizing core curriculum, and creating compatible supplementary teaching and learning materials

● Prepare and set tests and examination papers

● Evaluate and provide appropriate feedback on students’ academic and non-academic performances

● Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to provide an orderly, productive classroom environment

● Responsible for creating a safe environment for students so they are able to get out of their comfort zones

● Collaborate and share with other teachers (local & foreign) to improve teaching skills, share teaching resources and create an overall better learning environment

● Participate in co-curricular activities with the students

● Participate in school wide activities, such as workshops and special events to recruit new students

● Supervise students in and out-of-classroom activities during the assigned working day

● Undertake administrative tasks, such as keeping student registers and attendance records

● Attend and contribute to teacher training sessions

● Other duties as assigned and as required

● Must follow the rules and regulations of the school.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Hold at least Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上

● Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates

有TESOL/TEFL等相关证书
