JOB DESCRIPTION

●  Yanfeng, Hengyang, Hunan, China
●  Design the curriculum (daily, weekly and monthly) and prepare courses with other teachers; 
●  Deliver English and multi-cultural lessons to children who are aged from 3-7;
●  Assist in video shooting for daily lesson-plan review and related promotion; 
●  Assist in event planning and implementation for specific events;
●Attend the teaching and researching meeting at every end of the week for lesson-plan conclusion and improvement;
●Daily greeting at the main entrance for welcoming students and parents;                                                 

●  Class size: 25

·         Basic salary starts from CNY 12,000/month, depending on the candidate's capabilities and the length of working term
·         Salary can be increased by up to CNY 2000 every school year according to seasonal evaluation and assessment

·         Chinese classes will be offered depending on the need of coaches. With over 6 months of training, an intermediate level of mandarin can be obtained

Job Rotation Program 
Certain routines can be designed based on the need of coaches and schools. For example, 3 months working 3 months in other provinces

REQUIREMENTS:

●  Hold at least Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上

●  Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates

有TESOL/TEFL等相关证书

●  Related teaching experience prefer

有相关教学经验会优先考虑

●  Speak Standard English.

英语发音标准

●  Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
