JOB DESCRIPTION

●  Sanya, Hainan, 12k-16k or more negotiable

●  IBDP teachers for high school/PRIMARY SCHOOL students

●  Subject :Chinese A, Geography, Chemistry and Business Management.

●  Exposure to or knowledge of international Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) and/ or Cambridge A Levels programme is an added advantage.

We expect our teachers:

- to be professional in planning and delivering lessons utilizing core curriculum, and creating compatible supplementary teaching and learning materials

- to prepare and set tests, examination papers in accordance with IB guidelines

- to give timely and periodic evaluation and feedback on students’ academic and non-academic performances

- to collaborate and share with other teachers (local & foreign) to improve, develop and create an overall better teaching and learning materials, skills and environment

- to create a safe environment for students so they feel relaxed getting out of their comfort zones

- to participate in all school organized activities, such as workshops, camps, outdoor excursion and special events to recruit new students

- to attend and contribute to teacher training sessions

- to fulfill other duties as assigned and as required

Other qualifications:

- In good health and energetic

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English

- Qualified teaching certificate / Diploma in TESOL, CELTA or similar

- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field, preferably in Education or related

- Good communicator and listener

- Enthusiastic, responsible, collaborative and dedicated

- Open-minded, caring, principled and reflective

- Able to work well under pressure

- Having creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons
