JOB DESCRIPTION
● Kindergarten Homeroom
● Xuelin Road Station, Line 13, Shanghai Pudong. There is not only
Job Responsibilities (included but not limited to) ·
● Develop lesson plans according to schedule and syllabus, submit to Academic
Director (AD).
● Make relative teaching materials for use in lessons.
● Prepare teaching aids and set up classroom before the class.
● Discuss preparation for class and teaching objectives with Chinese Teacher.
● Fulfill all teaching assignments according to syllabus and teaching goals. ·
● Meet kindergarten expectations of teaching quality.
● Manage classroom discipline all day
● Complete student progress reports and keep the communication with the parents regarding of the student’s daily performance.
● Organize and conduct parents’ meetings with Chinese Teacher.
● Assist in resolving teaching complaints.
● Ensure Students’ safety.
● Attend all scheduled teacher training sessions arranged by AD or kindergarten.
● Attend all scheduled meetings arranged by AD or kindergarten.
● Participate in all of the kindergarten’s events and demonstrations.
● Provide additional supports to admission.
● Support kindergarten to handle other operational issues.
● Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.
Compensation Package ·
● Monthly salary range: 2.7-3k RMB pre-tax
● Monthly housing allowance: 5k RMB
● Relocation allowance: 5k RMB
● Yearly Flight allowance: 6k RMB
● Yearly contract completion bonus: 6k

REQUIREMENTS:
● Hold at least Bachelor degree or above
● Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates
● Related teaching experience prefer
● Speak Standard English.
● Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, ONLY
● Meet other requirements for Working Z-visa.
