JOB DESCRIPTION
● Homeroom teacher
● Jiading Shanghai
Requirements:
● TEFL
● Bachelor or above degree
● 2 years or above working experiences in Kindergarten
● Hours of work: 40 hours per week
● Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:00am~4:30pm);
● lunch break:12:00~14:00
● Class sclae: around 20 students
Remuneration:
● The salary package consists of fixed salary and flexible salary.
● Fixed salary: 27K-28K after tax, which includes base salary, performance evaluation salary(15% of total salary), 5000 as housing allowance and 1000 as transportation allowance. Flexible salary: We set up English club for each class every semester. It is optional to the parents to let the kids join the class. Each class consists of 8~13kids. If one or two English clubs can be set up after the beginning of the new semester, there will be around 1600~3200rmb extra income per month.
● Vacation:
As a first year contract teacher, you will be entitled to the paid holidays as follows:
1 day paid sick leave
3 days paid holiday for Christmas;
2 weeks paid summer vacation +2 weeks paid winter vacation after completing probation;
Other Chinese Statutory Holidays
● Welfare:
Commercial health insurance will be provided after getting the work visa；
● An orientation program will be provided in your first week on the job;
● Other training will be provided regularly after completing probation；
● Regular distribution of holiday gifts, quarterly gifts and annual gifts;
● Annual staff dinner；
● Occasional school staff trips
● Bonus:Corresponding annual bonus is provided according to the comprehensive evaluation ranking;
● Bonuses given for Teacher’s Day and Spring Festival
REQUIREMENTS:
● Hold at least Bachelor degree or above
● Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates
● Related teaching experience prefer
● Speak Standard English.
● Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
● Meet other requirements for Working Z-visa.
