JOB DESCRIPTION

●  Early Childhood Education (ECE) Homeroom Teacher/ Primary English Teacher / Primary Math Teacher / Music Teacher / Drama Teacher 

●  2022-2023 (2 vacancies for Feb/March 2022, 6 for Aug)

●  Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm per day, Monday to Friday, holiday follows

school calendar, normally there is 1.5 months’ summer holiday in July and

August, 2 weeks Christmas holiday in late December, 2 weeks’ winter holiday

during Chinese Spring Festival.

●  Teaching Hours: 20-25 teaching periods per week

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Education or the applied teaching position

related.

2. Registered teaching credentials, QTS, PGCE, licensed teacher from candidates’ own country are preferred.
3. More than two years teaching experience are preferred.
4. English Native language speakers are preferred.

interactions with students at all times. All teachers and other adults working at schools must read and comply with our Child Protection Policy and Procedures.

Compensation & Benefits ( salary is starts from 30K + before tax)

1. Two years’ contract, starts from August 1st, ends on July 31st, with three months’

probation.

2. Monthly salary before tax: follow the school pay scale.
3. 24 months’ salary based on attendance, full payment for winter and summer

vacations. 9% fixed plus 6% variable of total 24 months’ salary as the gratuity

after completing two years’ contract.

4. School apartment is provided; standard detail can be referred upon request. 90m²

two bedrooms, two bathrooms’ apartment for single teacher is the basic level.

5. Children education: up to two children’s 100% tuition fee subsidy is provided to

per teacher, can either attend by our own school, or attend our brother school in the Organization.

6. MSH Global medical insurance with family covered, and Chinese Social Security

Insurance.

7. Entry flight ticket is reimbursable, RMB10,000 middle contract flight allowance,

RMB5,000 exit flight allowance.

8. Visa application related documents authentication fees, visa fees, medical check

fees, enter China tests and quarantine fee are reimbursable. Follow police request,

apply for Chinese Work Permit and Work Residence.

9. RMB5000-RMB8000 annual Professional development allowance.
10. Mac laptop purchase subsidy, usage and ownership belongs to teachers.
