JOB DESCRIPTION
● Beijing kindergaten
● native English speakers ,
● ASAP
● Students' age:3-6 years old
● Class size: 26-27 kids per class at most
● Working hours: 7:50-16:50 on weekdays with one hour lunch break, two days off per week on weekend
Job responsibilities:
- Making weekly teaching plan and carry out the plan in the upcoming week
- 2.Observe children in classroom, present individual works, organize group works every day and make summary of every kid to their parents at the end of semester
- Help lead teachers to make more English Language materials in the classroom
- Prepare safe environment inside and outside
Benefits:
● Salary: 20-30k / month
● Overwork paid
● Annual leave：10 days paid leave ,after finish 1 year contract .
● Z Visa provided for native speaker
Requirements:
- Native English speaker or non-native speakers (who is holding work visa in Beijing)
- Having teaching experience, better having the work experience in Montessori classroom
- Loving kids and be passion about early childhood education
