JOB DESCRIPTION

● Middle school in Shenzhen city, Meisha

● Fall 2022

● Subject teachers in Middle School: Maths, Chemistry, English, I&S

● Work time :40 hours per week

● Monday-Friday

● Workload :25 Classes per week ,45 minutes per class

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

To prepare students for a successful life by helping them develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning
To engage students in becoming proficient by developing an ability to read and analyze material, gaining further knowledge and understanding of subject features and issues
To develop curriculum and units in which students will be encouraged to respond critically to a wide variety of texts in a range of forms, styles, and contexts, and to promote skills of communication, reading, research, and analysis
To develop curriculum and units in which students will develop skills of writing clearly, accurately, creatively, and effectively for different purposes and audiences
To develop students to become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged learners
To work cooperatively in a department with a mix of Chinese and foreign teachers from different backgrounds
To actively contribute to the development of a school experiencing rapid development

Salary and benefits:

● Salary is about 30K per month.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid teaching credential
Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor of the subject. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Education from top university of English-Speaking Countries is a plus
At least three years of teaching at the secondary or high school
Experience in using technology for educational purposes, especially Learning Management
Systems and various teaching websites
Prior experience teaching in international curriculum is a plus
