JOB DESCRIPTION
● Huizhou, Guangzhou
● K12 school Chemistry teacher
●18-28k per month,
●13months salary
Job responsibilities：
● Responsible for teaching Pre-A and A-Level Biology/ Chemistry classes.
●Ensure students achieve learning outcomes that are above average in the subject o
●Biology/ Chemistry by instructing students in a clear, concise and stimulating way.
●Manage students’ behaviour in the classroom.
●Maintain a creative and stimulating learning environment in the Biology/ Chemistry classroom.
●Conduct individualised teaching, as required, to help students improve their performance.
●Mark students’ work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of students’ progress and development.
●Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding students’ progress and performance.
●Keep students’ records up to date for progress reports.
●Participate in demo classes and marketing activities to promote student recruitment.
●Attend staff development days to improve your skills and receive help and feedback from colleagues.
●Review curriculum needs, execute plans for improvement, and provide tutoring and additional support
●Act as a role model - motivating and supporting in equal measure.
●Attend school events to better understand student interest and personalities outside of the regular classroom, build strong relationships with your students and aid in the strengthening of their self-confidence while inspiring them to achieve high targets
●Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by senior colleagues.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge
●Native or near-native English-speaking competencies.
●Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a major in a Biology/ Chemistry-related field.
●At least one year of teaching experience for A Leve Biology/ Chemistry is preferred
●Able to work under pressure. Good presentation and teaching skills.
●Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal competencies.
●An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds.
●Passion for teaching and with a high degree of dedication and professionalism, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
