JOB DESCRIPTION

●  Job title: IELTS/ESL + one subject（ history for example) later

●  Students : 13-17 years old(IGCSE -A 2)

●  Working visa: B type，job title: head trainer under company

●  Location: shanghai pudong, gangcheng Road, Line 6 and 10

●  Salary： 25K to 30K per month, free school dorm on campus  

●  Paid vacation: full in winter and 70% in summer. Paid public holidays and 5 days Chrismas holiday

●  Contract: start asap for one year

●  Working hours 8-17：00 or 9-18：00。 one hour lunch break , free school cafe

●  Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated school’s instructional program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets

●  Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area

●  Administer academic and language assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in language acquisition

●  Maintain complete and accurate records of student progress and evidence of growth and progress

●  Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student responsibility and incorporates challenging instructional strategies

●  Adapt curriculum to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of individual students and subgroups of students

●  Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment

●  Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students

●  Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed

Job Requirements：

●  Foreign teachers from English Speaking Countries;

●  Excellent expression skills, good at communicating with students, Mandarin standard, teacher qualification certificate；

●  The appearance is dignified, the character is upright, the manner is decent, and has affinity, which can stimulate students' interest in learning；

●  Have a sense of innovation and teamwork spirit; have a sense of responsibility and love education and teaching；

●  Experience Teaching International High School ielts or ESL，and experience teaching a subject, such as drama, Art, psychology, English literature, etc.
