JOB DESCRIPTION

●  USD 80,000 – 120,000 per year

Qualifications: 

●  Education background: major in Early Childhood Education, Children’s Psychology, Education and related fields

●  Minimum of 10 years working experience in the ECE sector

●  Minimum of 5 years working as Academic Director

 

Responsibilities

●  Lead the team throughout the start-up phase to ensure the successful opening as

scheduled.

●  Have in-depth understanding of the kindergarten’s vision, educational philosophy

and strategic plan; make annual development plan and ensure successful

implementation as scheduled.

●  Localize implementation based on Wonder Mountain’s philosophy, policies and

procedures and curriculum, highlighting the characteristics of thekindergarten.

●  Lead the academic division to ensure high quality educational services for all kids.

●  Deliver the educational philosophy to parents,teachers and the wider community

in various and creative ways.

●  Provide support to cross department/division collaboration to ensure the

effective functioning of the academic team.

●  Ensure the kindergarten to meet the annual admission goal for the sustainable

development.

●  Create a positive environment in which each individual is treated withequity and

their professional development is optimized.

●  Provide professional support to the Executive Principal to get recognition from the local authorities.

●  Consistently improve the educational practice to proactively respond to children’s development and tackle the challenges.
