JOB DESCRIPTION

- English Training Center (Established in 2014, for kids 3-18)
- Prefer female, native or European with good English 
- Position: English Teacher
- Location: Shanghai, Line 11 East Sanlin/Yuqiao

Responsibilities:

- Conduct teaching activities, including normal classes, demo classes, activity
curricula;

- Making lesson preparation, including teaching plans, class plans, notes for parents;

- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement;

- Participating in social activities with students organized by the school;

- Other tasks assigned by Education Supervisor. Requirements:

- Love teaching and working with kids/children between 3 and 12 years old;

- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university;

- Over 1 year of teaching experience;

- Open-minded, enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and a good team player;

- From English-speaking countries, native English speaker is a plus;

- TEFL/ TESOL or CELTA certificate is preferred. Working hours:

- 5 working days per week, 2 days-off from Monday to Friday;

- Including 25 teaching hours per week plus 15 office hours;

Salary & Benefits:

- RMB20000-25000 per month after tax;

- Paid holidays (5 days per year) & Chinese Public holidays;

- Chinese holiday welfare;

- 12000 RMB contract completion bonus (one year contract);

- Accommodation：not provided, but company will provide assistance.
