Basic Information:

· Job Title: Full-time STEM Teacher and Research Project Coordinator

· Mother Tongue: Native Speaker of English only 

· Language of instruction: English only

· Job Location:  International School, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China

· Students: Grades 9-12

· School: International Boarding School  

· Starting Date: March 2018

 

Benefits:

· 18,000-25,000 RMB/month after taxes, depending on experience and qualification

· Monthly housing allowance: 2,000 RMB

· 10,000 RMB airfare reimbursement each academic year 

· Paid Work Visa, standard medical insurance, and accident insurance

· Entitled to Chinese national holidays and school winter & summer holidays

 

Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree or higher in Electronic Information, Science and Technology, or related field

· At least two-years of full-time experience teaching courses like STEM, Robotics, Computing, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.

· Familiar with STEM science fairs, experience with supervising student projects requiring 3D printing skills, programming ability, knowledge of mechanics, general engineering and technology skills, etc.

· TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or any other internationally recognized teaching certificate; familiar with international education

· Responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, patient, flexible, and great team player
