JOB SUMMARY
Yangzhou , Jiangsu, China
Kids training center ESL teacher
Teach English
Up to 25 teaching hours,each 1hour, need office hours, total 40 hours
5 days per week
3-12 years old students, mainly 3-6 years old
Class size: 12
One year contract, start asap
Responsibility
1. All taught classes should follow school time teaching philosophies and methodology
2. Lesson planing and preparation
3. Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm and finals
4. Assisting with administration
5. Counseling students and communicating with parents after classes have concluded, as well as providing written weekly reports about students’ development
6. Proactively participating in the school’s social program including extra curricular activities(ECA’S), anniversary activities, annual activities, and English classes in the public schools. If there is a time conflict with the day off, the teacher should resolve this with the school.
7. Actively participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.
8. Participating at promotional and marketing act ivies organized by the school
9. Attending all the scheduled meeting where the teachers’ presence is required unless those meetings occur during the employees holiday or the employee’s day off
10. Other tasks assigned by the education department and center director within his/her working hours
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Hold at least Bachelor degree or above
2. Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates
3. Related teaching experience prefer
4. Speak Standard English.
5. Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa ONLY
6. Age under 20-40 years
7. Meet other requirements for Working Z-visa.
8. Caring and patient, enjoy working with kids, no harmful habits
Benefit package:
1. 16-20k, for excellent teacher salary is negotiable
2. 6k airfare allowance
3. Travel allowance: varies according to the length of time the teacher has worked at the school
4. Bonus: depend on how long you work for the school
5. Insurance is provided by the school after a teacher becomes foreign expert certified
