JOB DESCRIPTION

●   High-Tec Zone in Chengdu, Sichuan , training center is looking for kids ESL teacher

成都高新区 少儿培训 3-12 岁，待遇18-20K

founded in 2012, it is an academy-style English language training school, which focuses

on elementary school (Kindergarten to 6th grade) aged children. While the school’s curriculum is

designed around American public school reading and writing courses and STEAM courses, English

Foreign Language teaching methodologies are implemented to effectively cultivate native

speaking-level competency. Students who complete Scholar Tree’s courses advance to language

levels equivalent to a corresponding American public school level.

写作课程、图书馆系统和全外教小班教学，为学生营造一个地道英语的环境，提高学生英语

Essential duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to （岗位职责）:

·  Collaborate with different departments and coworkers of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

与不同部门和不同背景的同事合作

·  Create and prepare suitable lesson plans for the right level and be able to effectively manage

the classroom.

创建和准备合适的课程计划，并有效地管理课堂

·  Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying

needs

识别和选择不同的教学资源和方法以满足学生的不同需要

·  Provide students regular feedback and maintain communication with parents regarding

homework and quiz grades

定期填写学员反馈信息，并与家长沟通家庭作业和测试情况

·  Participate in department meetings, trainings and marketing activities.

参加部门会议/培训和市场活动

·  Work 5 days a week (including weekends), 8 hours per day.

每周 5 天工作制（包括周末），每天工作 8 小时

Requirements （岗位要求）:

·  B.A / B.S. from a top university with a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience

本科及以上学历，1-2 年教学经验

·  Excellent communication skills with a native level English reading, writing and speaking

ability and a strong command of English grammar.

良好的英语听说读写能力，英语语法能力强

·  A proven team player who can work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and

experiences.
