JOB DESCRIPTION
● 1. Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong
● 2. Age of the kids: 3 to 12 years old
● 3. Size of class: no more than 10
● 4. 2 teaching centers at present, both of them are upstairs metro station (Huangsha station at Line 1 and Jiangnanxi Station at Line 2).
Responsibility:
● 1. Course creation and conduction must meet the school curriculum requirements
● 2. Teachers are required to generate teaching resources, complete administrative paperwork and check and grade students’ work in a timely fashion
● 3. Ensure a safe learning environment for the children
● 4. Keep the classroom neat and tidy
● 5. Teachers must go to work according to company working schedule and are not allowed to late for work or leave early
● 6. Teachers will perform the “Front Door Evaluation” after each class
Requirement:
● 1. English native speaker only
● 2. Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
● 3. Better to have CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent
● 4. With one years teaching experience in kindergarten or teaching center at least
● 5. Passionate about teaching and having the potential to be trained
● 6. Clean criminal record
● 7. No addiction to Alcohol and Drug
● 8. 40 years old below
Salary and Benefits:
● 1.Salary: 18000-25000 per month
● 2.Work Time: 40 hour per week
● 3.Travel Bonus : 6000 RMB annual flight allowance paid at end of contract
● 4.Visa Allowance: 659 RMB every two months or working visa fees which is paid by employee will be reimbursed after they join the school
● 5.Housing Allowance 1500 RMB monthly (including in the salary)
● 6.Paid annual leave 10 days & sick leave 10 days
● 7.Demo bonus RMB 150 each
● 8.Chinese Holiday
● 9.Official documents enabling teachers to work legally in China
● 10. Legal working documents to successful applicant
● 11. On-the-job teaching profession training
