●  职务：教务长 Position: Academic Lead Teacher

职责：Responsibilities:

●  认真执行石门实验中学-牛津国际战略规划，按计划部署教学和相关工作； Serious implement the strategic deployment of OIEC.

●  对国际教师的教学工作设立目标并提出具体要求；

Put forward teaching plans and set up goals for international teachers.

●  按照国际课程的设置和教材选定来培训教师，负责对国际教师的业务培训、教学   质量的控制与指导；

Responsible for the selection of teaching materials, the training of international teachers, the quality control and guidance of teaching.

●  负责国际教学教材的采集、汇总及内部编辑出版；

Edit, organize,draft the OIEC coursebook and publish within OIEC.

●  负责外教的教学管理；

Responsible for teaching affairs management of international teachers.

●  配合中方进行招生策划与推广；

Coordinate with the enrollment planning and promotion of OIEC.

●  每学期结束前 4 周向上级递交学期的总结和新学期教师培训计划；

Four weeks before the end of each semester, submit a summary report of a semester and the teacher training program of new semester to OIEC.

●  严格根据学校每次月考、期中、期末考，组织国际教师对每位学生进行评估与书   面评价，形成学生成绩报告；

Organize international teachers to make student reports after exams.

●  按照学校教师手册细则开展教学管理工作。

Operate the teaching management work according to The Teacher ’ s Handbook.

●  每周授课10小时。

Teaching 10 hours per week  

REQUIREMENTS:

●  Hold at least Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上

●  Hold TESOL, TEFL,CELTA or equivalent certificates

有TESOL/TEFL等相关证书

●  Related teaching experience prefer

有相关教学经验会优先考虑

●  Speak Standard English.

英语发音标准

●  Native Speakers from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa

来自于英美加澳新西兰南非等母语国家

●  Meet other requirements for Working Z-visa.
