JOB DESCRIPTION

●   Zhengzhou training school for 3－15 years old students, start asap

●   Base salary of CNY10,500 (net) per month (CNY10,000 net for the first 2-month probationary period)

●   Free housing, including essential amenities provided by the School during employment term

●   Flight allowance of CNY9,000 (net) per annum, paid in cash every 6 months (i.e. CNY4,500 net paid every 6 months)

●   Contract Hour Fulfillment Bonus of up to CNY1000 (net) per month [CNY500 for 70% contract hour fulfillment, CNY1,000 for 100% contract hour fulfillment, pro-rated for contract hour fulfillment between 70%~100%, and no bonus for contract hour fulfillment below 70%; contract hour fulfillment percentage = (actual hours taught/contractual maximum teaching hours)x100%]

●   Performance Appraisal Bonus of up to CNY1,000 (net) per month

●   Aetna insurance (comprehensive medical and accident insurance): the School pays for 100% of the Aetna insurance premium

●   Full reimbursement of visa application and document authentication-related costs incurred outside China (based on provided official receipts/invoices)

Also to address the needs of some on boarding teachers who face cash flow difficulties in their home country prior to arrival in China, we have decided to introduce an arrival flight financing (salary advance) program – upon mutual agreement, the School purchases a one-way flight ticket for the on boarding teacher (from their nearest international airport to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, and the cost of flight to be deducted from the teacher’s pay check after arriving in Zhengzhou)
